Thanks to its innovative cross-cable design, the tent is free of a center pole, giving you more usable space. Our commercial high peak party tents are built for maximum safety and durability, featuring sturdy 2.5″ anodized aluminum poles and frames. The 16oz “blackout” commercial-grade PVC canopy is fire-resistant and compliant with all local and national fire codes. Each tent comes with ratcheting side straps to ensure a secure fit and a sleek appearance. This is one of the most reliable tent designs we offer, perfect for parties, graduations, weddings, or any event, and it’s built to withstand the toughest weather conditions, including the unpredictable Chicago elements.

The 20×40 frame tent can also be customized with optional heavy-duty vinyl sidewalls, available in either solid or cathedral window styles. You can enhance your setup with perimeter or cross-cable lighting, tent heaters, fans, and other accessories. Our high peak frame tents are modular, allowing them to be combined with other tents for larger configurations and unique layouts to suit your event’s needs.

This tent requires professional delivery and setup, along with a clear 30×30 area free of overhead wires and trees for proper installation. Our 20×20 tents are available for rent in Cypress, Spring, Katy, The Woodlands, Richmond, Sugarland, and surrounding communities in the Greater Houston area.

  • Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our extensive inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, linens, decorations, and more. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, and we'll reach out once you hit the submit button.

  • Sometimes things happen, storms are generally the biggest obstacle we face when it comes to event installations, especially high wind storms, where we cannot safely attempt an installation. In these cases we have to push events back and reorder them. We may show up at an extremely early time or finish when the sun is down. Sometimes we have to setup events the morning of, whatever it may be we do all that we can to make sure your rentals are ready to go!

  • Nope! You can snap a picture from your phone of the desired location and email it to us, or leave markers (patio chairs, etc) showing us where the tent should be, or simply let us know during the booking process. We have done plenty of tent installations and have the experience and common-sense to make the the right call.
