Will Call - Table, Chair, and Linen Rental

Planning an event? We've got the tables, chairs, and linens you need to make it perfect! Our Will Call rental service makes it easier than ever to get the party started without the hassle of delivery fees. Just swing by, pick up your rentals, and return them when you're done. Easy peasy!

How It Works:

  • Pick-Up: Fridays from 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Return: Mondays from 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • No Order Minimums! Whether you need one chair or fifty, we’ve got you covered.

FAQ's

  • Yes! Starting January 1st 2026 Customers can pick up select rental items at our warehouse located at 11875 W Little York Rd, Houston, TX 77041. This option is ideal if you want to avoid delivery fees and flexible pickup times.

  • Will-Call means you arrive at our warehouse, and we place your items in a designated pickup area.

    • We load and unload the rental items from our warehouse to your vehicle area.
    • You are responsible for loading the items into your vehicle, arranging them, and securing them.
    • We do NOT provide tie-downs, ropes, ratchet straps, or twine.
    • You must bring your own help and your own equipment to safely load your rental items.

    This process ensures clear responsibility and keeps both parties protected.

  • No. For liability reasons, we do not load items into your vehicle, place items on your roof, or secure items inside your car or truck.

    We will bring your items to the loading area, but from that point:

    • Customer loads the vehicle
    • Customer secures the load
    • Customer assumes full responsibility for transport and tie-down safety

    This is standard Will-Call procedure across most rental and hardware companies.

  • We recommend:

    • Pickup trucks
    • SUVs with cargo space
    • Vans
    • Trailers

    Sedans, small cars, and vehicles with low headroom may not safely fit certain items. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle can safely transport the rentals.

  • Customers:

    • Bring items back to the designated return area
    • Unload the vehicle
    • Place items where instructed
    • Ensure the return is completed during business hours / agreed return window

    Our staff will check items back in once they are fully returned.
