• Use tape, glue, nails, staples, screws, or adhesives that may damage rental items.
• Move tents after installation or modify any professionally installed equipment.
• Use indoor-only furniture or décor outdoors unless approved by Vibrant Rental.
• Exceed the recommended weight capacity or intended use of any rental item.
• Allow rental equipment to be used for any unlawful or hazardous activity.

Tents & Installed Equipment

For customer safety:

• Only Vibrant Rental personnel may install, move, adjust, or dismantle tents, stages, dance floors, and other professionally installed equipment.
• Customers must not remove stakes, anchors, water barrels, or structural components.
• No open flames, fireworks, grills, heaters, or cooking equipment may be used inside or within close proximity to tents unless specifically approved and compliant with local fire regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use Vibrant Rental equipment:

• For illegal activities.
• In a manner that creates unsafe conditions for guests or the public.
• In extreme weather conditions when doing so may damage equipment or create safety hazards.
• In any way that violates local fire, building, or safety codes.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Supervising guests using rental equipment.
• Preventing damage caused by negligence or misuse.
• Immediately reporting damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment.
• Ensuring rental equipment is accessible for scheduled pickup.

Customers are financially responsible for any loss, theft, excessive cleaning, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Violations

Violation of this Policy may result in:

• Immediate termination of services.
• Additional repair, replacement, cleaning, or labor charges.
• Refusal of future rentals.
• Legal action when appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

Vibrant Rental reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updates become effective when posted on our website.
