A spacious square tent designed for balanced layouts, including dining areas, lounge seating, dance floors, or central event spaces.

Approximate Capacity

• 72–90 guests seated at 60-inch round tables
• 90–120 guests in theater-style seating
• 100–140 guests for a standing or cocktail-style event

Capacity may vary depending on the layout, dance floor, stage, buffet tables, and other rental equipment placed under the tent.

Setup and Takedown
The rental price includes professional installation and removal by the Vibrant Rental team.

Securing the Tent
Staking is our preferred method for securing tents on grass or other suitable surfaces. We use heavy-duty 3-foot stakes at each required anchor point.

When staking is not permitted or the tent is installed on concrete or another hard surface, water barrels or approved ballast weights are required at an additional cost. The amount of ballast needed will depend on the surface and site conditions. When water barrels are used, the customer must provide access to a water source and a hose long enough to reach the installation area.

Sidewalls, Permits, and Add-Ons
Sidewalls, lighting, flooring, fans, heaters, and other upgrades are available for an additional charge. Our team can help you select the right options and determine whether permits may be required based on your event location. Permit fees and processing are not included unless otherwise stated.

Utility-Locating Requirement
The customer is responsible for contacting Texas 811 before installation to have underground utilities marked in the tent area. Sprinkler heads and private utility lines must also be clearly marked before our team arrives. Vibrant Rental is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or irrigation systems.
